Refund Policy
Whilst we hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us, we do understand that occasionally you may need to return it to us. Here is what to do: Changed your mind or unsuitable? If your new shoes are not a suitable fit, you have up to 30 days to return them to us. Please return your item to us, with proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.Please ensure that you send your item back to us in an unused and undamaged condition. Returned products must include any labels and protective materials, they must be in a resaleable state and be in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service to return items to us if you are in the U.K. We cannot take responsibility for items that get lost or damaged in transit, so please take care when choosing how to send your item. If the products are being returned from outside of the U.K. we suggest a courier service such asFedEx. Unfortunately, the cost of returning any unwanted products to us must be paid for by you. Please ensure that your name and address are clearly visible on the return so that we know who has returned the items and please specify whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Returns In Store
If you would like to return your product to us in store, please bring along your proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse you a refund/exchange if you do not fully comply with the requirements in this returns policy.If you wish to return products to us outside of our 30 day time limit, please contact us prior to posting them to us. Any products outside of this period of time will be processed at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange please give us full details of the product(s) which you would like in exchange for those which you are returning. Please include the product name, size (including the width fitting where appropriate) and colour. For stock availability please contact us to reserve your item for exchange.
Faulty Products
If you believe your purchased item is faulty, please contact us on 01803 317588 before returning your order to us.
