We are very excited to announce that we will be reopening our shoe shop and dancewear department on Monday 15th June!
It has been a strange time with us trying to support customers in whatever way we can through emails, texts, photos, phone calls and even checking the fit of shoes through the window!
We have used our time to do some decorating, cleaning and fixing jobs which are difficult to do when we are open 7 days a week.
Our shop is now ‘Covid 19 secure’ and our staff are raring to go! Our Bamboo cafe will also be open for takeaway drinks and goodies. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Here are some of the measures we will be taking to keep you all safe when you visit us;
We will be limiting numbers of customers in the shop at a time so please only bring essential people with you.
Please use the hand sanitiser when entering the shop.
Please remember to bring socks with you. (Dancers please wear ballet socks or tights).
Our toys have been put away for now. It might be worth explaining this to young children before their visit!
Our seating has been changed so that it can be wiped down after each customer.
All measuring equipment will be cleaned after each customer.
All shoes that have been tried on will be put into our quarantine area for 72 hours.
We welcome card and contactless payment wherever possible.
